It's been so long of being Rick Rolled that it's very rare that I actually ever stop and say "oh you...ya got me!" I think I've
had enough with being Rickrolled.
After Carson Daly rickrolling his audience, Youtube rickrolling their audience, and millions of other rick rolls, I can't hear the song ANYMORE! It was old in 2007!
Now, I love Opera and I've always stuck by it... when they had advertisements, I was there. When they had a torrent client that always wanted me to use it, I was there. When periodically it would crash while simply opening Gmail, I was there. That one time that Altavista handed Babelfish over to Yahoo and I couldn't translate German with my right-click anymore, I was there. Opera's slogan is "Simply the best internet experience" which I might have to disagree with because I've found a filter for the Firefox extension, Adblock Plus that keeps that catchy, wretched song out of my head. If there's simply a best internet experience, it would be the one without being rickrolled repeatedly.
The Rick Roll DB is a collective of Rickroll haters such as myself and Bill Hicks* who post the various rickrolls all over the internet in order to save the world from its terrible sounds.
* I've heard in several locations that Bill Hicks was ahead of his times with his comedy, but he predicted the Rick Roll before his untimely death.
