Ok, so I'm in the process of writing an actual article for this as well. But I'm curious as to how many people are eagerly awaiting the arrival of this game? I know I am... Am I alone in this?

Fuck no bro. I am totally waiting for that too, as I am sure most of us are. If you didn't already know, there is videos online of the terran units and the protoss units on IGN.com

Starcraft was one of the greatest RTS games of it's time. I'm half worried how warcraft III will influence it, especially in the way of heroes. Warcraft III's hero system is very cool, and has opened the door for hundreds on custom mini-game type maps, but I enjoyed the regular ole slaughter of your opponent in starcraft without magic heros. Just good ole army building with the correct combination of specific units to destroy your enemies.

I agree with that... Although with the popularity of War Craft III, despite the fact that i've not seen anything that would warrant having a hero in the scenes, I can see them feeling the need to put heroes into this as well... I don't know...

Well they don't have any heroes per say, but in the old campaigns there were always hero units. They definitely won't have heroes like WC3 in the battle.net modes. Although they do have those new badass units like the mothership.
