Has any seen the benchmarks on these things? From the looks of it, it will be giving all of the solid state drive vendors a run for their money (or at least me for mine).
Some of the benchmarks I was looking at were very conclusive in the fact that the drive still can't keep up with the speed of SSDs (which didn't really surprise anyone) but as far as I've seen the SSDs are crazy expensive $1200-ish dollars for 32-ish GB which still makes me want to spend the $300 MSRP of these.
Supposedly it's the
world's fastest SATA drive. I hope that link will haunt someone looking for the world's fastest SATA drive a couple of years from now...
